As we all know by now, face masks have become just another part of our new normal amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the use of a cloth face mask to cover the mouth and nose in public spaces, plays a vital role in stopping the spread of coronavirus, as it acts as a barrier and can help stop respiratory droplets from becoming airborne—the main way COVID-19 is transmitted.

We found it to be not only easy to breathe in, but also ideal for working out as it helps to wick moisture away from the face (a feature that also makes it great for warmer days). The only catch is that the mask is designed with just one layer of fabric, which makes it slightly less protective than some of the other masks on this list. Although, we found them a bit harder to breathe in than other masks we’ve tested, they remain a big hit amongst Banana Republic customers.
