The couple revealed that they had welcomed their daughter on Wednesday September 23 via social media, days after her birth.

After taking a cool mum-aunt trip to New York City earlier this week – where Gigi and Bella Hadid were photographed on the streets of SoHo with a pram in tow – the new mother has documented her baby daughter’s first experience of snow.

December 14: Yolanda Hadid shares photos of Gigi and Zayn at sex reveal party

Proud grandmother Yolanda Hadid has shared several photos of her daughter Gigi Hadid and boyfriend Zayn Malik on the day they revealed the model was pregnant with a baby girl.

Sharing a series of snaps on Instagram on Monday December 14, one photo sees the couple holding a cream-frosted cake with pink sponge, indicating the sex of their child, who Gigi gave birth to in September.

Another photo sees Yolanda hugging Gigi and Zayn. The matriarch captioned the images, tagging the new parents and the hashtags ‘#Family’ and ‘#Memories’: ‘This PINK baby news was the highlight of our year 2020…. Thank you mommy and daddy for this greatest gift.’

December 7: Gigi Hadid shares pre-birth selfie

Days after returning to the ‘office’, the model has shared photos taken just hours before she gave birth to her daughter in August.

On December 7, the new mum shared a selfie on her Instagram Stories she took the night before she went into labour. In the snap, the then-mum-to-be wears an all-black, seemingly stretchy outfit and her hair pulled back into a top knot.

The photo was taken in her daughter’s nursery, which is painted a burnt orange colour and decorated with a colourful rug, a Moses basket, shelves of pictures and teddy bears and soft lighting.

In another photo, taken ‘about a week before’ she gave birth, Hadid stands in front of a mirror in her daughter’s nursery which is decorated with padded swallows above.

‘Decorating & spending time in her nursery really helped me feel prepared when I would get too in my head [sic],’ the 25-year-old captioned the photo.

A third photo shows the tot’s bookshelves which are lined with children’s literature such as The Tiger Who Came To Tea and The Hungry Caterpillar.

‘So many friends sent their favourite books,’ Hadid noted on the photo.

December 3: Gigi Hadid ‘Returns To The Office’

The model took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday to declare she was ‘returning to the office’ after taking time out for maternity leave.

Hadid shared a filtered selfie-video on Instagram Stories to keep fans updated.

However, rather than say she was heading ‘back to work’, the 25-year-old instead purposefully wrote that she was ‘heading back to the office’ as motherhood is a job in its own right.

‘Being a mama is a job like no other,’ the star captioned the video.

Wednesday November 25: Gigi Hadid Posts Selfie With Daughter

Hadid has shared yet another photo with her daughter.

The new mother shared a selfie with her baby girl on Instagram, showing just the top of the tot’s head and her adorable blonde wisps of hair.

In the photo, Hadid wears two gold hoop earrings and what appears to be a camel-coloured jumper, without make-up, with her hair scraped back.

Sunday October 8: Gigi Hadid Shares Adorable Photo With Daughter

After sharing her first public family photo with their baby girl on Halloween (where Zayn was dressed in a Slytherin Hogwarts uniform and their baby as the Incredible Hulk), Hadid has now shared another photo with her daughter.

Shared to her Instagram Stories over the weekend, Hadid can be seen burping her daughter, who is wearing adorable jean style leggings and mustard-coloured cosy socks.

‘She burps sunshine,’ the new mum joked.

Friday October 30: Gigi Hadid’ Daughter Officially Has Her First Designer Handbag And It’s Totally To Scale

Proving Baby Hadid Malik is the most fashionable infant in town, designer Simon Porte Jacquemus has gifted the little girl her first designer handbag.

Gigi Hadid shared an Instagram story showing a tiny fluffy babygrow, complete with hood, and an even smaller infamous Le Chiquito handbag.

As if the gift itself wasn’t sweet enough, it has a special meaning, since new mum Hadid held a slightly larger version when she walked Jacquemus’ show back in January, when she was secretly pregnant with her and Zayn Malik’s first child.

Thursday October 29: Gigi Hadid thanks friends and family for generosity

Gigi Hadid has shared a handwritten ‘thank you’ note to everyone who sent her and Zayn Malik warm wishes and gifts following the birth of their daughter.

On Thursday, she posted a snap on her Instagram Stories of the note which reads: ‘I just want to put out there… while I have the time, that when I do ‘thank yous’ on here, I think of the so many generous gifts we have received that haven’t gotten a public “thanks”…’

She continued, noting that she felt ‘overwhelmed’ with ‘how many beautiful things this little one has already been spoiled with by people I love’, referring to her baby.

Hadid noted that while she plans to send ‘thank you’ cards to her generous loved ones, she points out that if she hasn’t posted about her gratitude online it’s simply because she is a ‘new mum trying to get it all sorted’ while her tot naps.

The proud mum also shared a photograph of a gold bracelet she received from her friends which features a diamond and sapphire birthstone to represent her April birthday and her daughter’s Virgo star sign, respectively.

Thursday October 15: Gigi Hadid shares photo of baby gift from Queer Eye‘s Tan France

The model has shared a photograph on her Instagram Stories of the adorable baby gift she’s received from her BFF Tan France.

France gifted the 25-year-old’s daughter two personalised baby grows embroidered with the phrase ‘Zigi’s Girl’, which is an amalgamation of Gigi and Zayn’s names.

‘Omg @tanfrance love so much,’ Hadid captioned the image.

Hadid has been friends with France and the Queer Eye gang for several years. The pair even celebrated her 23rd birthday together with Queer Eye‘s Anthony Porowski, Cara Delevingne, and Bella Hadid in NYC in 2018.

Friday October 9: Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik enjoy first date night since becoming parents

The model shared several videos and photos of herself cooking for her and Zayn’s date night – their first since welcoming their baby girl last month.

On Friday, the 25-year-old shared a video of herself making browned sage butter chicken piccata with mushroom pasta for her night in with her partner.

It’s presumed Hadid is referring to her daughter being cared for by the models’ mother, Dutch former model Yolanda Hadid, as ‘oma’ means ‘grandmother’ in Dutch.

Monday October 5: Gigi Hadid talks soulmates and babies

The model has opened up about soulmates in a newly-released feature clip titled ‘Big Questions on a Tiny Horse’ for designer Alexander Wang.

Days after welcoming her first child with her boyfriend Zayn Malik, the 25-year-old said of finding a special someone in life: ‘I’ve heard, like, star clusters or, like, soul clusters that throughout life you find people that you realise are meant to be – meant to carry you through.’

The new mother added that she was feeling ‘happy’ and ‘a little anxious’ when she was filming the segment and believes that her purpose in life is ‘to grow creatively and learn everything that brings me joy, which I think is everyone’s purpose’.

On the perception of reality, Gigi said she wasn’t sure how to define what is real or a construct.

‘Who knows? It’s like why babies love Peekaboo – they literally think when you cover your face you disappear – it’s genius,’ she noted.

The 25-year-old shared a photograph of a piece of art created by ‘auntie’ and 23-year-old – known best as Austyn – which now hangs next to her baby’s crib and rainbow cot mobile.

Hadid is a close friend of Austyn’s after she wore a full look from her debut collection last October.

Friday September 25: Gigi Hadid shows off baby presents from Donatella Versace and Taylor Swift

Hadid shared a photo to her Instagram Story showing off a sweet gift her famous friends sent for her daughter.

‘From auntie @donatella_versace, [sic]’ the supermodel captioned the photo of the designer baby grow that her daughter is wearing.

‘auntie @taylorswift made this!! [sic]’ she wrote atop the light pink blanket.

The blanket was similar to the embroidered blanket Swift gifted her friend Katy Perry following the birth of her daughter Daisy Dove last month.

‘Hope it’s one she drags around for years till it becomes an unrecognisable shred that she keeps in her pocket as a teenager,’ added Perry, who welcomed her first child with fiancé Orlando Bloom.
