Stellar completes Pendleton renovation

The latest Marine Mart renovation at one of the largest Marine Corps bases in the U.S. is now complete. Stellar has finished its $2.6 million design-build renovation project of the Stuart Mesa MCX Marine Mart at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. The upgrades to the 5,871-square-foot structure included new life safety systems, including fire protection and fire alarm systems; removal and replacement of walk-in/reach-in coolers and freezers; replacement of central HVAC system with a new 12.5-ton AC unit; upgraded interior finishes with new flooring, ceilings, painting and millwork; removal of mold-contaminated materials and repair of roof leaks; replacement of flat roofs with new TPO roofing systems; repainting of the building exterior, repaving of the parking area and reconfigured ramps and other features to comply with Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) standards. 15 new retailers for DMH Town Center

The Del Mar Highlands Town Center is welcoming 15 retailers to its Sky Deck collective. The new locations will include popular and new local concepts, opening now through May 2021. The dining, fitness, beauty and specialty locations are a part of the center’s $120 million expansion, which has been under way for several years. New tenants are Modern Acupuncture (now open); Beverly Hills Rejuvenation; LuLu Nails; Salted Barber; Atelier Optica; Dirty Dogs and Meow; StretchLab; Title Boxing Club; Row House; Iceskimo; Micheline’s Pita House; Xin Chao, A Vietnamese Eatery; Ike’s Love & Sandwiches; Breakers Coffee + Wine; and Ceviche Craft. Plans announced for industrial building

OnPoint Development, a San Diego-based retail, self-storage and industrial development company, plans to develop an industrial building at 2351 Myers St. of up to 68,000 square feet. The contemporary-design building will be OnPoint’s first industrial development project in San Diego County. The company aims to deliver high-quality industrial space with the latest design features and amenities that are suited for a variety of growing companies. Construction is scheduled to start this summer, with a completion date of spring 2022. The building will feature 26-foot clear heights, up to six dock-high loading doors and from 4,000 to 6,000 square feet of mezzanine space. Apartment complex sold for $14.45M

The Garden View Apartments, a 56-unit multifamily property at 250 Rose St., has been sold for $14.45 million by Colliers International San Diego Region. Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry of Colliers International San Diego Region’s Multi-Family Advisory Team represented the undisclosed seller. Wonder Dog Realty represented the undisclosed buyer. The total three-building, 39,200-square-foot property has 32 one-bedroom, one-bath units and 24 two-bedroom, one-bath units.
