10 a.m. — The Brookfield Historical Society will host an unveiling of a new historic marker honoring the home of Calvin Whitford. Following the unveiling, Rosalie Keith will host an open house of the home, showcasing the home and papers of Whitford. The marker will be unveiled at 2398 Beaver Creek Road, Brookfield. 2 pm — Caz Heritage is offering a presentation and workshop on the care and repair of historic windows at the First Presbyterian Church Meeting House on the corners of Seminary & Albany Streets in Cazenovia.

Kurt Riegel, professional restoration consultant, will guide the audience through repairs to sashes, muntins, and frames that can and should be undertaken, and to avoid costly window replacement.
